Sindoora sees Sagar gifting Vidya an expensive gold necklace on the auspicious occasion of `Dhan Te Ras' where buying gold is believed to bring good fortune. On the other hand, Chandra sees the locket that she had gifted to Harsh around Hema, but Hema lies that Harish has gifted it to her. During the religious ceremony, the priest asks for a silver coin of Goddess Laxmi, so Vidya is about to give it to him when Sindoora reminds everyone that only the eldest daughter of the house is supposed to offer it. However, Gayatri buys the silver coin from Vidya and tells Sindoora that, ideally, she is the eldest daughter of the family! After the ceremony, the cops come home to inform Sagar that the mastermind behind his accident is none other than Sindoora. They go to arrest Sindoora but an enraged Sagar refuses to believe it and declares that even if God were to hold Sindoora guilty, he will not believe Him! Sindoora assures him that she is innocent and nothing will happen to her when he's around. Sagar promises her that no harm will befall her. Sindoora is taken away by the police.
